KO Beading Thread was created by Japanese Master Beader Sonoko Nozue, and is made by Miyuki in Japan. It is 100% pre-waxed nylon and these cards are 30 meters/33 yards in length.
Some of the many benefits to using KO thread: it is pre-waxed, colorfast, abrasion and tangle-resistant, which can be knotted tightly and securely. It works well with commonly used size 10, 11, or 12 beading needles. This thread is an excellent alternative for Nymo or One G and is similar in diameter to a Nymo size D. 440dtex, or a 7lb break strength.
