Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
We ship first class mail internationally. Our rates are:
United States – $4.99
- Canada – $16.00
- Australia & New Zealand – $20.00
- United Kingdom & European Union – $16
- India – $16.00
- Anywhere else – $14.00/$16.00
We cannot ship to South Africa.
Please be aware that orders sent outside the U.S. may incur customs, tariff, and/or postal charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check on the regulations in your country before you buy.
If an order is refused, a refund for the merchandise minus the shipping charge, will be issued when the merchandise is returned to our office
You will receive an email from Stamps.com with a USPS tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don't see this email.
You can check on the status of your order at any time by signing into your account on Jill Wiseman Designs and clicking the person icon in the top right again and choosing Orders.
Please contact us right away. We will fix the issue as soon as possible with no additional cost to you.
If you’ve changed your mind, or don’t like/need item(s) you ordered.|
Items can be returned within 30 days of your order if they undamaged and in the original packaging. Items can be returned to us at Jill Wiseman Designs, 20700 Frankie Lane, Suite 101, Pflugerville, TX 78660. Items that cannot be returned include:
- items that we noted as discontinued at the time of purchase
- special order items
- Return items must be unused and undamaged. Kits must be complete.
- If the entire order is returned or if your returned order incurred additional or unusual shipping costs, we may deduct our cost for shipping the order to you from your refund.
- We do not refund your cost for sending us the returned item unless there was a mistake on our part.
- Please include a note in your package with your name and contact information. Also let us know if you want a refund to the original method of payment, or a store credit.
