A lacy pattern and delicate shape make this a lovely ending for loomed or stitched beadwork. It works similarly to a ribbon crimp and the opening can be adjusted to fit materials - insert plier jaws and spread to widen, and use fingers or nylon jawed pliers to close. Reinforce hold with adhesive as needed. Ideal for finishing bracelets and necklaces, and for making interesting tassels! Also works wonderfully for leather strap and multistrand cord designs.
