Sweet tassel earrings are so simple to put together when you have all the pieces right there! You will need only some flat nose pliers (chain nose work too!), and a push pin or awl to poke through the top of the tassel. Possibly scissors to even up the ends of the tassels. And that's it! 5 minutes to gorgeous earrings! They measure 2.5" long, and the kit comes with gold-filled earwires.
